Who is Rosie?

Rosie is an energetic, precocious and highly persuasive 7 year old little girl whose Daddy is in the Army. Although Rosie only has her Mom and her little brother until her Daddy comes home, that doesn’t stop her from having lots of adventures. She loves to dress up and thinks glitter makes everything better, but is not afraid to do what boys can too. She makes mistakes, but she keeps trying because her Dad tells her to never give up. With her philanthropic heart of gold girls between the ages of 5-7 all over will fall in love with Rosie.
